There was a time when antennas especially external antennas were used to fetch the signal even in mobile phones antenna cell phones were used which fetched the mobile signals. Now, the problem of weak signal is same but with the advancement in technology new invention made and “Cellular Amplifier, Cellular Repeaters or Cellular Repeater” was invented in the form of innovative gadgets in cell phone.

There are so many antennas but 19?antenna has a built in ground plane which allows it to be mounted on any surface material, such as glass, metal, wood etc. If the antenna doesn’t have this feature, it must be mounted on a metallic surface of a specific size in order for the antenna to work properly. With the mount options and ground plan antenna, you shouldn’t have any issues on where you will put the antenna.

With semi-permanent solution, other things also include in the kit which involve cellular amplifier or cellular repeaters and extension cable. The adapter uses a Velcro patch which is used to attach to the back of any cell phone, wireless cellular router, and Air card and provides the connection to the booster amplifier which in turn is connected to the antenna.

Cellular amplifier is the latest technology, which have become popular in past few years with the explosion of the cellular phone. Many big companies have launched different types of cellular amplifier which are used to amplify the low or weak signal into high signal.

A complete kit includes signal boost kit which is semi-permanent solution that comes with a 3-watt dual band cellular amplifier that plugs in to any 12-volt receptacle. There are a variety of antenna mounting options such as magnetic base mount, glass mount, roof mount and so on.

There are various ways of installing a cellular amplifier depending on whether you want a portable or permanent solution. Moreover, with increment in signal’s strength it also reduces the harm radiations which use to emit by cell phone during usage of it. Most of the cell phone signal repeaters used to be tested and FCC approved, they use to come in very wide variety of pre-packaged plus custom solutions.
