The ASUS P8P67 Deluxe motherboard supports the Sandy Bridge which is the latest Intel second generation Core i7/Core i5/Core i3 processors in the LGA1155 package, with integrated memory and PCI Express controllers to support 2-channel (4 DIMM) DDR3 memory and 16 PCI Express 2.0 lanes. This provides fast graphics performance and memory interface thus giving you more efficient energy at the same time low power consumption.
The P8P67 Deluxe is built with Intel P67 Express Chipset the latest single-chipset design and also provides 2 SATA 6Gb/s and 4 SATA 3Gb/s ports for faster data retrieval at double the bandwidth of current bus systems.
The most advanced features of this board that only ASUS who first introduced is the dual intelligent processor that uses two onboard chips that enables the DIGI + VRM, EPU and the TPU. The DIGI + VRM allowing you to completely control over the power through Windows or BIOS and also more accuracy with less switching delay. This is the more advanced digital VRM compare to the analog VRM. The TPU is the specialized micro processor that makes it even easier to overclock pair with the auto tuning inside the TurboV module of the AI suite II in the system BIOS you can achieved a quicker and stable overclocked speed. The EPU is used for the energy saving thus giving you more power efficiency.
This motherboard supports DDR3 2200/2000/1800 MHz memory module that will run at DDR3 2133/1866/1600 MHz frequency as default with maximum of 32GB at 8GB/slot. 2 x PCIe 2.0 x16 (single at x16 or dual at x8/x8 mode), 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 [Black] (at x4 mode, compatible with PCIe x1 and x4 devices), 2 x PCIe 2.0 x1 and 2 x PCI. 2 xSATA 6.0 Gb/s ports (navy blue), 2 xExternal SATA 3.0 Gb/s ports (1 x Power eSATA). The P8P67 Deluxe brings multi-GPU configurations that support both NVIDIA Quad-GPU SLI and ATI Quad-GPU CrossFireX. The ASUS EFI BIOS supports hard drives larger than 2.2TB in 64-bit, with full storage space utilization. This motherboard also provides an additional USB 3.0 box for the front panel which is compatible with any chassis for faster convenient connection.

Conclusion
The ASUS P8P67 Deluxe is totally a great performer that any computer enthusiast will be happy for it. This motherboard is overloaded with advance new features and this is by far the best motherboard I reviewed. I think the integration of the IGP on the processor on socket 1155 makes this motherboard a lower price compare to the previous socket 1366 motherboard. The support for both the SLI and CrossfireX is a big plus for this board. This is perfectly matched when combined with the Core i5 2500K 3.30 GHz or Core i7 2600K 3.40 GHz.
