A Look At The Sony KDL40EX703
One of the newest televisions on the UK market is the Sony KDL40EX703. This set uses a LCD screen back lit with LED edge lighting in order to be super thin. The 40 inch television is a wide screen format and can easily connect to Freeview stations and if owners add an adapter will connect directly to WiFi. While many of the first and second generation LCD screens were considered lacking, this Sony KDL40EX703 television offers great pictures. Using the on board processor allows it to produce brilliant colors as well as a high contrast black and white. These two features mix to give owners an excellent picture in a 40 inch wide screen format.
These properties of the newer televisions combine so that you have a very good picture. In this set, you find a wide screen format that is perfect of movie viewing so that you do not lose any of the side screen action.
Use of LEDs for edge lighting the set allows Sony to make a very thin and light weight television. Additionally, the use of the Bravia III engine by the Sony KDL40EX703 television allows specific lights to be turned on and off giving excellent contrast. Blacks are very dark while whites remain sharp when using this television.
Sony has included several options for connectivity in this HDTV. There are two side HDMI ports and two located in the rear for a total of four. In addition, there is a USB2 port, a 15 pin PC in as well as PC audio, PCMCIA Card Slot, as well as all the standard television inputs that have been around for years.
An optional WiFi adapter allows users of the set to browse the internet from the television. In addition, you can switch from a television show to the latest U=tube video using the remote control.

The Sony KDL40EX703 is a new set offered by Sony. It offers several of their newer features that were not available when older sets were made. WiFi connectivity allows for easy internet connections.
